Employment at Unleashing Potential

Want to help unleash the incredible potential already in our children and families? A career at UP may be for you!

For more than a century, Unleashing Potential has been a critical source of support for children and families in need in the inner core of St. Louis City and inner ring suburbs of St. Louis County. Throughout that time, we have had a staff that has inspired children and families to unleashing the incredible potential already inside of them.

If you are someone that wants to inspire others and make an important impact in the St. Louis Region through the education and enrichment of our children, we would love to hear from you!

We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.
