Up At Caroline Mission Application

UP offers licensed and accredited early childhood education and care for children ages six weeks to five years. UP at Caroline Mission is an Early Head Start partner agency.

UP After School Program

UP provides high quality, curriculum-based before school, after school and summer camp programs in St. Louis City and County at 9 school locations.

Before and After school registration for the 2023-24 school year is open for all sites.
